What to Eat Before, During and After Your Workouts

Workout has been an integral part of life for many people but all those who are just getting started with gym or any other kind of body workout, they don't know what to eat before during and after workout. So here I am going to help you know what you can eat.

What to Eat before Workout?

You should give your body a mix of carbs, fats & protein before workout and it should be at-least half an hour before you start your workout. To be specific you can eat 40grams of rolled oats with 200gm of curd and you can have black coffee with it so that you can push yourself during the workout.

What to Eat During Workout?

I don't recommend anything. You should drink water only during workout. But in case of long workout you can have BCAA in water. That will help you retain muscle during the longer duration of workouts.

What to Eat After Workout?

If you looking to gain muscle then protein shake is the best thing to have after workout, but in case of people doing other outdoor workouts and looking to be fit, they can have low fat milk with fruits. It's best healthy meal to have after a workout.
